Nora Ligrani is the Director of Product Management at Intrado. In this role, she is responsible for Mass Notification and Education Safety Product lines. Ms. Ligrani specializes in helping customers strategize and prepare for changes in technology environments. With over 20 years of experience leading innovation in software, mobile, fixed wireless, and web application product lines, she has successfully driven many initiatives such as New Product Introduction (NPI) in a variety of markets. Ms. Ligrani has served carrier, public safety, and school safety throughout her tenure at Intrado, including traditional device location services, government solutions, and transformative public safety technology.  In her current role, she has developed an end-to-end incident management product initially launched in the education market bringing school districts and first responders closer together.
