Brad Steiner is a Principal Architect in the Mission Critical Solutions team where he partners with First Responders, AT&T Product teams, and the FirstNet Authority to accelerate the adoption of and expand the use of FirstNet. He is a passionate problem solver and enjoys working with customers to create and implement solutions that utilize the latest technology to increase the tools available to public safety personnel.

Brad's diverse technical background as an engineer, engineering manager, and strategic sales executive for a large Public Safety communications vendor as well as an Executive Director for a Public Safety radio system, has given him multiple viewpoints regarding technology migrations as the vendor, customer, policy creator, and Public Safety advocate. With 20+ years of design, implementation, and optimization experience in cellular and LMR wireless communications systems, he understands the needs and is driving future communications solutions for First Responders.  

Brad has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a minor in Mathematics from the University of Washington. He specialized in Communications and Electromagnetics and enjoys utilizing his technical and business experiences to present technical topics in a tailored, impactful way.
