How and where do I register for the 2024 Vision Summit?

Registration for the 2024 Summit is done online via our website. For more information, please go to the REGISTER NOW button on our home page or follow this link to secure your Early Bird registration.

What is included in my registration?

  • Registration for the 2024 Summit gives you access to all of the educational content, keynote speakers, roundtables, ability to sign up for on-on-one grant workshops, and full access to the Exhibit Hall.
  • Registration for FirstNet Users & Eligible Users is $199.
  • Early Bird Registration is $149.
  • For those who would like to only visit the Exhibit Hall, passes may be purchased for $49.

Who is eligible to purchase a Spouse/Partner Pass?

  • Spouses/partners can purchase a pass to attend the 2024 Summit with full access to all scheduled events.
  • Spouses/partners must be non-FirstNet Users & Eligible Users.
  • Ticket prices are $99 each.

What are the dates of the Summit?

The 2024 Summit kicks off on Monday, October 7 with an evening reception. The educational content will begin on Tuesday, October 8.

What is the Justification Toolkit and how can it help me?

The Justification Toolkit has three documents to help explain the benefits and justification to attend the 2024 Summit. We have provided a wealth of information to demonstrate the expansive depth of knowledge, networking, and collaboration that will take place during the event.

Where do I make my hotel reservation?

There is a room block with conference rate of $84/night, valid October 6 – 9, 2024. To secure the conference rate, please make your hotel reservation HERE.

What is the closest airport?

  • If you are flying into Las Vegas, the closest airport is Harry Reid International Airport, also known as LAS. The airport was formerly known as McCarran International Airport.
  • The FAA code, LAS, has remained the same.
