Jean-Claude Rizk, Public Safety Solutions Director, brings more than 28 years of award-winning government solution experience, growing both local and state government markets.  Jean-Claude leads a team of 34 dedicated personnel responsible for developing and delivering AT&T Solutions to Public Safety Agencies across the United States.  Jean-Claude is a recognized subject matter expert in Next Generation 911, frequently requested to participate in panel discussions and executive presentations.  Jean-Claude joined AT&T as part of the 2008 AT&T/BellSouth merger, where he previously served as branch manager for Georgia State Government.  Jean-Claude is a 3-time Diamond Club winner for AT&T and 5-time Pinnacle Club winner for BellSouth.  Additionally, he has coached and developed over 20 Diamond and Pinnacle Club winners in his management tenure.  A 1992 graduate of Rutgers University in New Jersey, he continued his graduate studies at Georgia State University and has attended several additional executive education programs.  Jean-Claude currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee with his wife and two children.  He spends much of his free time with family, philanthropic pursuits, and coaching youth sports.
