How and where do I register for the 2025 Vision Summit?
Registration for the 2025 Summit is done online via our website. For more information, please go to the REGISTER NOW button on our home page or follow this link to secure your Early Bird registration.
What is included in my registration?
- Registration for the 2025 Summit gives you access to all of the educational content, keynote speakers, ability to sign up for on-on-one grant workshops, and full access to the Exhibit Hall.
- Registration for FirstNet Users & Eligible Users is $299.
- Early Bird Registration is $199.
- Non Government & Industry Full Access is $1,000.
How do I register for a One-on-One Grants Consultation at the Event?
- All Vision 2025 FirstNet Users Summit registrants may schedule an exclusive 30 Minute One-on-One Grants Consultation with our grants expert, Kamala Kuhn from Public Sector Grants.
- You will receive instructions to book your appointment in your Event Registration Confirmation email.

Who is eligible to purchase a Spouse/Partner Pass?
- Spouses/partners can purchase a pass to attend the 2024 Summit with full access to all scheduled events.
- Spouses/partners must be non-FirstNet Users & Eligible Users.
- Ticket prices are $99 each.
What are the dates of the Summit?
The 2025 Summit kicks off on Monday, September 7 with an evening reception. The educational content will begin on Tuesday, September 9. The Summit will conclude on Thursday, September 11 with a joint PSBTA and Indianapolis Community Commeration of 9/11.

What is the Justification Toolkit and how can it help me?
The Justification Toolkit has three documents to help explain the benefits and justification to attend the 2025 Summit. We have provided a wealth of information to demonstrate the expansive depth of knowledge, networking, and collaboration that will take place during the event.
